Katherine Koenig - S. TX (A&D)

Katherine hit the ground running in 2025 as the Houston rep for Mayer Fabrics through SGA Reps, bringing her signature energy, curiosity, and fabric obsession to the local design scene. Whether she’s helping a designer land the perfect textile or just popping into a dealer with a cheerful check-in, she’s all about thoughtful solutions and good vibes.

When she’s not talking textures and colorways, Katherine’s probably boarding a flight—recent favorites include Mexico City, Oaxaca, Italy, the Pacific Northwest, and Spain. At home, she’s a devoted reader with a soft spot for the works of Erik Larson, Mary Roach, and Tana French. She also loves soaking up time outdoors with her partner, Michael—especially if it involves sunshine, a trail, or a patio.

She shares her home with two VIPs (Very Important Pets): Leela, a one-eyed chihuahua mix who identifies more as cat than canine, and Lucy, the actual cat who definitely runs the place. Oh—and fun fact? Katherine went to clown school at age 12 and performed under the name Peaches as a proud, card-carrying member of Clowns of America International through her teen years. (Yes, really.)
