Ashley Hudak - Director of Business Procedures & Personnel

Ashley got her start at Mayer Fabrics in customer service, where she quickly became a go-to expert on all things Mayer—products, people, and the daily ins and outs. That solid foundation set her up for success in her current role as Director of Business Procedures and Personnel, where she focuses on making things run smoother, smarter, and more people-friendly.

She’s a proud graduate of Indiana State University—Go Trees!—and brings her Sycamore spirit to everything she does.

When she’s off the clock, you’ll find Ashley hanging out with her husband, Mike. They love cooking together, gardening, laughing at each other’s jokes, and tackling home projects (mostly at Mike’s request 😉). She’s also big on quality time with family and friends, traveling, and getting lost in a good book.
